H2Open Newsletter – Finish Fast and Strong

Published: Wed, 05/25/16

We've been pretty zen of late in the H2Open offices. The new issue of H2Open Magazine contains features on yoga for swimmers and mindfulness in the open water, and we have been practising what we preach. But it's not always so easy to breathe deeply and relax when you are in the middle of a race. What do you do if you are being lapped by faster swimmers and they are bearing down on you as you head towards the turn buoy? In this week's blog Simon gives some tips on how to keep your cool and still enjoy your swim.
The June/July issue of H2Open Magazine will be with subscribers and in the shops next week. An annual subscription costs less than most swimming costumes so if you don't already subscribe, why not sign up now?
Enjoy the newsletter and happy swimming.
