H2Open Newsletter – Take the Rough with the Smooth

Published: Wed, 04/20/16

It's that time of year when many are venturing into the open water for the first time since last autumn, while winter swimmers are relishing the opportunity to swim further and further as water temperatures nudge double figures. I am now swimming upwards of a mile (in my wetsuit, before my face freezes), whereas Simon... well, he is of a more sensitive disposition. Read his blog on his first outdoor swim of the year.
If you have any questions about open water swimming we want to hear from you. Be it technique, training, nutrition or anything else – let us know and we will put them to our team of experts. Email editor@h2openmagazine.com.
Enjoy the newsletter and happy swimming,
Jonathan Cowie
