Swim Expo follow up

Thanks for signing up at Swim Expo 2016
Thanks again for signing up to our email newsletter list at Swim Expo last weekend. I hope you've had chance to read through a copy of our magazine. Our intention is to provide a balance of inspirational and practical articles to help you make the most of the brilliant sport of open water swimming.

One thing we have learnt over five years of publishing H2Open is that open water swimming offers so much more than a quick dash around some buoys in murkey water in order to reach your bicycle. If you are a triathlete then learning to think and swim like an open water swimmer will help you reach your bike faster and less fatigued. And if you're already convinced about open water swimming then we do our best to cover the full range of activities from winter swimming to training for the English Channel.

As a first step, take a look at some of the stories on our website.

If you'd like to receive H2Open every two months, you can start a trial subscription for three issues for £8.70. Alternatively you could download our app and read the magazine for as little as £2.33 per issue.

If you've got any questions about open water swimming, feel free to send us an email and we'll see if we can help.

Happy swimming
