H2Open Newsletter - Swim like a master

Published: Wed, 03/09/16

If you already train with a swimming club then you will know that it is one of the best ways to improve your swimming. A coached, pool-based training programme will improve your technique, speed and endurance for when you hit the open water later in the year. This week in the newsletter Simon sings the praises of masters club training and Fiona Ford puts you through your paces with three training sets based on club training sessions.
We want to hear from you for our letters page – email us your letters and swimming pics to be in with a chance of being featured in the magazine and winning a Sport Cloak from Charlie McLeod.
Enjoy the newsletter and happy swimming,
Jonathan Cowie
