Your chance to ask questions and shape the agenda for our introduction to open water swimming event
We want to make this year's Open Water Swimming Show more accessible and welcoming to those of you who are new to swimming outside, so we've come up with the H2Open Introduction to Open Water Swimming Experience.

It's a bit of a mouthful, we know, but the idea is to have a short series of talks and chance for questions and answers followed by a closely supervised confidence-building dip in the Thames. You can see the provisional programme here.

If you think you might be interested but you have questions please feel free to ask by replying to this email. Similarly, if you would like to see something different or additional on the programme, please let us know.

The Open Water Swimming Show is again running alongside the fabulous Henley Mile, so more accomplished swimmers have the option to swim a mile along the ruler-strait boomed Henley Regatta course. You could also sign up for the suits versus skins challenge, swim the mile twice and see how your wetsuit and non-wetsuit swimming speeds compare.

Entry to the Open Water Swimming Show is free to all participants (and their supporter) in both the Henley Mile and the beginners' experience programme.
