[H2Open Newsletter] - Don't do all your swimming for the year in January

Published: Wed, 01/06/16

Happy new year! When we asked you on Facebook for your 2016 swim goals the replies ranged from an English Channel solo to not drowning. Our training article this week is on how to meet those goals without burning out.
We know that lots of you are keen photographers so we are really excited about our Reader Photo Contest. Send us your best swimming shots and they could be featured in the magazine – and win some great stuff from Selkie if yours is chosen as Editor's Choice. Full competition details here.
We also want to hear from you for our letters page – email us your letters and winter swimming pics to be in with a chance of winning a Swimovate Poolmate2 open water swimming watch.
Enjoy the newsletter and happy swimming!
