We hope you had a great Christmas - and hopefully managed some swimming too.
Many thanks to everyone
who replied to our Christmas quiz. We were impressed! Not only did we receive a good number of correct entries several people went beyond what we expected. For example, in answer to question 10, one person sent us the entire winter swimming advice from the Outdoor Swimming Society and several of you pointed out there might be two answers to question 9 if you include the age of the reserve swimmer. Anyway, we used Excel to generate a random number to select the winner and the computer says the
prize of a Booicore changing robe should go to Helen Beverage. Congratulations. See below for our answers.
Meanwhile, we're looking forward to another year of open water swimming and celebrating our fifth anniversary with our first
issue of 2016. We also hope to see some of you at our birthday bash in March, which is provisionally scheduled for 12 March at Hampton Lido.
Happy New Year from the team at H2Open.
