Barbados Open Water Festival

The open water swim community in Barbados is buzzing with excitement! Cameron Bellamy, the most recent swimmer to complete the Oceans Seven swims (June 2018) has announced his plan to swim around the island of Barbados in August 2018. The 90K swim has never been completed. This inspiring news has motivated local swimmers and they were out in numbers this past weekend for a Charity Swim in the magnificent Carlisle Bay.

Celebrate summer swimming in style at the Outdoor Swimmer Show

The Outdoor Swimmer Show takes place alongside the Henley Mile on Sunday 15 July. The show is free to enter for everyone, whether you’re taking part in the Henley Mile or not. Bring a picnic, watch the racing and soak up the atmosphere. Turn up anytime between 9am and 3pm. The Outdoor Swimmer team will be there to answer your swimming questions and this year we’ve put together a collection of brilliant swimming related books for you to browse through and be inspired.
