Confession time – contributing editor Alice and myself are sat in the OS office shivering because we skived off work to go swimming this morning... and despite the glorious sunshine the water is still a crisp 10 degrees. But no better way to start the day! Tooting lido was busy with swimmers, as are other lidos across the
capital, as the renaissance of lido swimming continues. Our next issue features an interview with Libby Page, author of new novel The Lido, set at
Brockwell Lido. In other swimming book news, Wild Swim by Jack Hudson is also published this week – you can read an interview with Jack in our April
issue. If you haven't already picked up your copy of Outdoor Swimmer magazine, our April issue is on sale now – and to celebrate our first anniversary we will donate £1 from every issue sold to Macmillan Cancer Support. Order your copy directly from us or download the digital version now – or of course you could subscribe for less than the cost of a new pair of goggles. Enjoy the newsletter and happy swimming, Jonathan Cowie Editor, Outdoor Swimmer
