Swimming holding one foot with one hand, or dancing with both legs in the air.

Hever Castle was the childhood home of Anne Boleyn back in Tudor times and the lake around the Castle is now the stunning setting of the first ever Outdoor Swimmer swim in association with Castle Triathlon Series on Saturday 23 September.

There is a 5km, a 2.5km and a 1-mile leisure and family swim. Launched from the steps of Hever Castle, the swim circles the stunning castle lake and then takes you through the River Eden, circumnavigating 16 Acre Island.

If you are a subscriber to Outdoor Swimmer you get 10% off your ticket price. Use code "SWIMOUT" at check out.
