The outdoor swimming season is properly underway! Last week contributing editor Alice Gartland was in Devon for the Bantham Swoosh – read her write-up of the swim below. Over the weekend Simon swam at the Paddle Round the Pier in Brighton on Saturday and the Seahorse Swim at Studland Bay on Sunday, while Alice and I took on the Great London Swim. Alice swam the mile and I did the 5k (although as I missed the finish line I actually swam 5k and a bit!). This weekend the OS team are in Henley for the Henley Mile and Outdoor Swimmer Show. Come along and say hello, check out all the latest kit from the top outdoor swimming brands and swim a mile down the Thames – on-the-day swim entries are available and entry to the show is free.

Enjoy this week's newsletter and happy swimming.
