It's that time of year when, if you want to keep your fitness levels up for a summer of swimming outdoors, you need to put in some time in the pool. Whether you are training for a special swim, race or you just want to improve your swimming, it is still sometimes hard to force yourself to go to the pool. Luckily, Outdoor Swimmer founder Simon Griffiths has written 7 Hacks to Trick You Into Training to help us all out.
What is your favourite wild swimming spot? Email editor@outdoorswimmer.com and let us know where it is and the story behind why you love it for a new feature in the magazine.
Do you have a question about outdoor swimming for our resident Olympian Cassie Patten? Technique, training, nutrition, skills... whatever the subject, email editor@outdoorswimmer.com
Enjoy the newsletter and happy swimming.
