Swimming outdoors while snowflakes fall is a magical experience. Last weekend I swam and ran across London, finishing at Brockwell Lido as fat snowflakes swirled across the unheated pool. It might have been chilly, but surrounded by friends and with the promise of a hot sauna followed by a cool pint, it was a really special, if short, swim. It has been great to get so much positive feedback about our name change. Not that it has been without teething troubles – the eagle-eyed among you may have noticed that last week's email was headlined 'H2Open Newsletter'! We have set an 'H2Open swear box' in the Outdoor Swimmer office and are now busy working on our first issue of the new magazine. We hope you will like what you see.
