We're all a-quiver with excitement in the H2Open office at the moment. Not only does the new issue of H2Open Magazine hit the shops next week but we also have some big news to tell you on February 1st. Intrigued? Well you'll just have to wait until next week's newsletter to find out what it is...
In the meantime, here's a sneak preview of what's in the February/March issue of H2Open:
  • Beth French on swimming with a tiger shark.
  • Mindful swimming with Total Immersion's Terry Laughlin.
  • Power up your core for faster swimming.
  • Interview with King of the Channel Kevin Murphy.
  • Alpine adventure: extremely wild swimming in the Alps.
  • Plus, all the usual training, technique and nutrition advice, kit reviews, inspirational stories and full event listings for 2017.
This weekend we are at the UK Cold Water Swimming Championships. If you are swimming there too, stop by our stand and say hi.
Enjoy the newsletter and happy swimming.
