H2Open Newsletter – Overcoming a swim failure and our Black Friday offer

Published: Thu, 11/24/16

Our Dec 2016/Jan 2017 issue of H2Open is at the printer and should be posted to subscribers by the end of this week. It will then be available in shops from Thursday next week.

Despite the extra time it takes to print and post, we still love print and are committed to the continued production of a paper magazine. However, we also make a digital version that's available on your PC, iPad or Android tablet. In addition, there's a special mobile friendly version.

One advantage of digital is speed, and the new issue is already available. What's more, as it's Black Friday week, for the next few days you can get a digital subscription for just £9.99 per year (or your local currency equivalent, as it's available worldwide).

In this week's newsletter, check out our fins training sets from Fiona Ford and read Ed Williams's advice on overcoming setbacks and disappointments in your swimming. Also, find out what makes an Aspire Channel relay swimmer buzz.

Enjoy the newsletter and happy swimming,
Simon Griffiths
Founder and publisher, H2Open Magazine

**TIP OF THE WEEK**

Remember, rivers in winter are usually faster flowing than in summer, so take extra care if you’re taking a cold water dip in a river.
