Overcome your Open Water Speed Killers: Online workshop this Thursday

A Renaissance Swimmer event
Dear Swimmer
Do you ever finish an open water swim feeling that you worked harder than you should have, but didn’t swim as fast as you
know you can?
Often, this isn't down to your fitness (although that helps!). Instead, it's a range of open-water-specific factors that drain your speed and energy.
On Thursday 7
May, I’m running a 90‑minute live, online, small‑group workshop focused on identifying these speed killers, and helping you work out which ones matter most for your swimming.
This is a small-group workshop. Questions and discussion are encouraged throughout, and numbers are capped to keep it genuinely
interactive.
The workshop is intended for beginner to intermediate open water swimmers who feel they should be swimming faster or more comfortably than they are.
Price: £15 or free for Renaissance Swimmer Club members*
