Many swimmers focus on developing their fitness or their swimming technique (or sometimes both) but often neglect the other areas. This is either because they assume those skills will develop naturally, or they are not aware of how important they are.
However, building those skills is relatively easy, and can result game-changing performance in open water.
Our Swim Further and Faster in Open Water video course takes you through all the skills you need to take your swimming to the next level. It consists of four 30-minute
lessons plus supporting text. You can follow the course at your own pace and return to it as often as you like.
Yes. The technique section only covers front crawl and the parts on sighting and pack swimming are mostly relevant to front crawl swimmers.
How long does the course take?
The core material will take you around two to three hours to work through. However, you can break this up to suit you, and return to the content as often as you like.
Who is it most suitable for?
Primarily beginner to intermediate swimmers and triathletes considering open water events. More experienced swimmers may find it useful to refresh their skills.
