The biggest open water swimming event in the UK is back (7–9 June), offering three days of amazing open water swimming and swimrun adventures, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Lake District, with an event village full of activities for everyone. The Arla Great North Swim offers swimmers a range of distances for all abilities, from a 250m to a 10km swim and lots of distances in between!

WIN ENTRY TO THE GREAT NORTH SWIMRUN 2024

We’ve partnered with the Great North SwimRun to offer you the chance to win two entries for the short distance (12.6km) for you and your friend on 8 June 2024.
 

Doing a SwimRun is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the great outdoors and experience a variety of terrain. The Great North SwimRun will guide you through the spectacular scenery of Windermere in the Lake District, each one more breathtaking than the last.

SwimRun rules are simple – you will need to complete your chosen distance through multiple swims and run stages, carrying everything you need from start to finish. This means, contrary to triathlon, you won’t be able to change clothing and will be wearing your trainers and wetsuit for both the land and water sections of the course!
