With swim distances for swimmers of all abilities, the Festival is one of our favourite swim weekends of the year (and not just because it is our event!). With a warm and welcoming atmosphere, it is a family-friendly event with much more than just swimming – as well as a bustling event village there will be live music, inspiring talks, food and drink, camping and activities for all the family in and out of the water. Take on distances from 200m to four miles!

Thames Marathon

Sunday 13th August 2023

The prestigious Thames Marathon is a 13km endurance swim down a beautiful stretch of the Thames. One of our favourite swims as there are breaks for snacks! This year you can also take on a 5.5km half-marathon challenge. There is also the option to walk or run to the start of the half-marathon!

Selkie Henley Classic

For a truly memorable experience, the Henley Classic is an upstream swim along the 2.1km course of the Henley Regatta. Starting at dawn, this swim is a thrilling once-a-year opportunity to swim the world-renowned course while it is closed to boat traffic.

Club to Pub – Sold out!

Saturday 22nd July 2023

Or what about swimming to a pub to claim your prize of a bottle of beer (and bottle-opener medal to open it with!). The Club to Pub is a fun 1.5km swim up then down the Thames to the finish line at the Angel on the Bridge pub in Henley.
