YOUR ESSENTIAL WEEKLY EDIT OF OUTDOOR SWIMMING
#swimwildandfree
Dear fellow swimmers
I’m looking forward to May. It’s a month of beauty, anticipation and possibility. The northern hemisphere summer swimming season has started. Well, maybe. But, the water is getting warmer (reluctantly, it seems), the days are getting longer,
and I finally feel inclined to start doing longer swims outdoors. Speaking of which, we have an ongoing partnership with ClimateGames, the app that helps you remove plastic from the ocean just by swimming. To celebrate May’s promise of warmer swimming, we’ve set a bigger challenge than usual. Can you swim 45km over 31 days? Download the app and give it a go.

Having strong core muscles is important in all our swimming strokes as it is in many functional movements in our everyday activities.
