THE OUTDOOR SWIMMER HENLEY SWIM FESTIVAL RETURNS THIS SUNDAY
From August, take on the official WaterAid Swim Marathon and challenge yourself to swim 26 miles over 12 weeks in open water or your local pool. Feel the benefits to your health, wellbeing, and fitness, whilst supporting the 1 in 10 people who don’t have clean drinking water close to home.

LONDON RIVERS WEEK RETURNS
London Rivers Week 2022 (11-17 July 2022) is an annual campaign inspiring people to celebrate
London’s rivers and the many projects taking place to renaturalise or re-wild them. While access to nature and climate resilience remain core themes, this year’s event will also focus on the ‘natural recovery’ of London’s rivers and wetlands.
At the beginning of July, Simon took part in the Brighton Swim Classics, organised by Brighton Triathlon Club. The event offered three distances: 1.5km, 2.5km and 3.8km, with an option to do the “Triple Crown” of all three races, which is of course the one he signed up for...
Dr Jule Harris, a former research scientist, is undertaking 100 open water swims wearing a different hat each time to raise vital funds for young carers and Alzheimer’s research.
